Satisfaction Surveys

Understanding the needs and experiences of our patients is a big step toward providing excellent service. For that purpose, WMH asks patients to participate in satisfaction surveys.

If you were an inpatient at the hospital, you can expect to be contacted by a company hired by WMH with a survey about your experience. We appreciate any input you can provide, as it will help us make sure we are exceeding expectations. You may be contacted by phone, email, or text message.

If you received other services at WMH, including outpatient surgery, radiology services, laboratory testing, or others, you may receive a survey as well. Because of the sheer volume of people receiving those services, only a random sample are surveyed.
